Anu is a highly experienced Registered Physical Therapist with more than 15 years of clinical experience, currently registered in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Physical Therapy from Delhi University. Anu’s areas of interest include low back pain and physiotherapy in gynecology, and she is an expert in treating motor vehicle accident and work-related injuries. She is currently practicing at All Pro Physio and also works with Fraser Health. Dedicated to continuous professional growth, Anu is a certified Laser Therapist and has completed specialized training in the Functional Dry Needling course. She continues to keep abreast with recent trends in physiotherapy practice and techniques by participating in different courses that aim to expand her skill and knowledge, such as Mulligan concept techniques (Manual Therapy).
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Nepali, Anu is able to connect effectively with a diverse range of patients. When not working, she likes reading and spending time with her family.
