Please discuss your most important problem first. Try to limit your problems per visit to fit within the time constrain. If you need longer appointment, let us know and we will book you accordingly. You are welcome to book another appointment at a future date until all your concerns have been addressed. Follow up visits are equally important. This is, one of the things that make the difference between having a regular family physiotherapist verses not having one.
Payment and Cancellation/No show Policy:
It is very important that you clarify your coverage prior to initiating physiotherapy treatment to ensure you are reimbursed to your full expectation.
Clients are responsible for full payment of their physiotherapy service.
